GigaGlobe supports multiple currencies so you can view pricing and pay invoices in your preferred currency.
Available Currencies
- USD — United States Dollar (default)
- CAD — Canadian Dollar
- EUR — Euro
- GBP — British Pound Sterling
- AUD — Australian Dollar
Setting Your Currency
Your account currency is set during registration based on your billing address. All invoices, service prices, and payment records will use this currency.
Important: Your account currency cannot be changed after registration. If you need to switch currencies, contact our billing team — a new account may be required, and existing services will need to be migrated.
How Exchange Rates Work
Prices in non-default currencies are calculated using current exchange rates and may fluctuate. When an invoice is generated, the amount is locked in your account currency at that time.
Payment Currency
Payments are always processed in your account currency. If your bank or PayPal account uses a different currency, your financial institution will handle the conversion at their exchange rate, which may include a small foreign transaction fee.
Tip: If you prefer to avoid currency conversion fees, choose the currency that matches your bank account or credit card's default currency during registration.
