Your payment history provides a complete record of all transactions on your account. Use it to track payments, verify charges, and generate receipts.
Accessing Payment History
- Log in to the client portal.
- Navigate to Billing > Payment History or Billing > My Invoices.
- You'll see a list of all transactions, including:
- Transaction date
- Invoice number
- Amount paid
- Payment method used (e.g., Visa ending 4242, PayPal)
- Transaction ID / reference number
Downloading Receipts
Click on any transaction to view its details. You can print the receipt directly from the browser or use the Print button to generate a printer-friendly version.
Filtering Transactions
Use the date range filters to narrow your search. You can also filter by payment method or status to find specific transactions quickly.
Tip: For accounting purposes, you can export your payment history as a CSV file. Look for the Export button at the top of the transaction list.
If you notice a payment that doesn't appear in your history, it may still be processing. Bank transfers can take several business days to appear.
