Requesting a Refund

We want you to be satisfied with our services. If something isn't right, here's how our refund process works.

Refund Policy Overview

  • Hosting services — Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase (new accounts only).
  • Domain registrations — Generally non-refundable, as domain registrations are processed immediately with the registry.
  • SSL certificates — Refundable within 30 days if not yet issued or installed.
  • Renewal payments — Refundable within 48 hours of renewal if the cancellation is requested promptly.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to the client portal.
  2. Navigate to Support > Open Ticket.
  3. Select the Billing department.
  4. Set the subject to "Refund Request" and include:
    • The invoice number
    • The service or product you'd like refunded
    • The reason for your request
  5. Submit the ticket.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Credit card refunds appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles. PayPal refunds are typically faster.
Note: Refunds for services used beyond the eligible period may be prorated or declined. Contact our billing team to discuss your specific situation.
