Refund Policy Overview
- Hosting services — Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase (new accounts only).
- Domain registrations — Generally non-refundable, as domain registrations are processed immediately with the registry.
- SSL certificates — Refundable within 30 days if not yet issued or installed.
- Renewal payments — Refundable within 48 hours of renewal if the cancellation is requested promptly.
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to the client portal.
- Navigate to Support > Open Ticket.
- Select the Billing department.
- Set the subject to "Refund Request" and include:
- The invoice number
- The service or product you'd like refunded
- The reason for your request
- Submit the ticket.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Credit card refunds appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles. PayPal refunds are typically faster.
Note: Refunds for services used beyond the eligible period may be prorated or declined. Contact our billing team to discuss your specific situation.
