GigaGlobe offers multiple payment options so you can choose the method that works best for you.
Credit and Debit Cards

Card payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your full card number is never stored on our servers.
PayPal
Pay directly from your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or PayPal credit. You can also set up PayPal as your AutoPay method for recurring invoices.
Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
For larger payments, you can pay via direct bank transfer. Our banking details are provided on the invoice. Please include your invoice number as the payment reference.
Note: Bank transfers can take 2-5 business days to process. To avoid service interruption, initiate bank transfers well before the invoice due date.
Account Credit
If you have account credit (from overpayment, refunds, or promotional credits), it will be automatically applied to new invoices before other payment methods are charged.
Tip: To add a new payment method, go to Billing > Payment Methods > Add New Payment Method in the client portal.
