Applying a Promo Code

Promotional codes offer discounts on new orders or renewals. Here's how to apply them during checkout.

Using a Promo Code on a New Order

1. Browse our website and select the product or plan you want to order.
2. Proceed to the shopping cart / checkout page.
3. Look for the Promotional Code or Discount Code field.
4. Enter the code exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive).
5. Click Validate Code or Apply.
6. If valid, the discount will be reflected in your order total.
7. Complete the checkout and payment.

Using a Promo Code on an Existing Invoice

If you have an unpaid invoice and a valid promo code:

1. Open a support ticket in the Billing department.
2. Provide the invoice number and the promo code.
3. Our team will apply the discount and update the invoice.
