Payment failures can happen for various reasons. Here's how to identify and resolve common issues.
Common Reasons for Failed Payments
- Expired card — Your credit card has passed its expiration date.
- Insufficient funds — Not enough balance on the card or in the PayPal account.
- Card declined by issuer — Your bank has blocked the transaction (often due to suspected fraud).
- Address mismatch — The billing address doesn't match what's on file with your card issuer.
- International transaction block — Your bank may block charges from international merchants.
- Daily transaction limit — You've exceeded your card's daily spending limit.
How to Resolve
- Check that your card details are correct under Billing > Payment Methods.
- Verify the card hasn't expired and has sufficient funds.
- Contact your bank to authorize the transaction or remove any blocks.
- Try an alternative payment method (different card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
- Retry the payment from Billing > My Invoices by clicking on the unpaid invoice.
Important: If your payment fails repeatedly and the invoice becomes overdue, your services may be suspended. Contact our billing team if you need assistance or additional time.
Tip: If your bank is blocking the transaction, ask them to whitelist charges from GigaGlobe or our payment processor.
