Managing Payment Methods

You can store multiple payment methods in your account for convenient billing and automatic payments.

  1. Log in to the client portal.
  2. Navigate to Billing > Payment Methods.
  3. Click Add New Payment Method.
  4. Choose the type: Credit Card or Bank Account.
  5. Enter the required details and click Save.

Managing Existing Methods

  • Set as Default — Click the star icon to make a payment method your default for automatic payments.
  • Update — Click Edit to update expiration dates or billing address.
  • Remove — Click Delete to remove a payment method (you must keep at least one if you have active services with AutoPay).
Security: Your payment information is encrypted and stored securely. We never store your full credit card number — only the last 4 digits are displayed for identification.

Keeping a valid payment method on file ensures your services renew automatically without interruption.
