The client portal is your central hub for managing all GigaGlobe services. Here's how to access it.
- Navigate to gigaglobe.com/portal in your web browser.
- Click Login in the top-right corner of the page.
- Enter the email address you used during registration.
- Enter your password.
- If you have two-factor authentication enabled, enter the verification code from your authenticator app.
- Click Login to access your account.
Forgot your password? Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive a password reset email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
For security, your session will automatically expire after a period of inactivity. If you're on a shared or public computer, always remember to log out when you're done.
