Regularly changing your password helps keep your account secure. We recommend updating it every 3-6 months.
- Log in to the client portal.
- Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Change Password (or navigate to Account > Security).
- Enter your current password for verification.
- Enter your new password. It must meet these requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
- Contains at least one number
- Contains at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
- Confirm the new password by typing it again.
- Click Save Changes.
Tip: Use a password manager like Bitwarden or 1Password to generate and store strong, unique passwords for each of your accounts.
After changing your password, you will be logged out of all other active sessions. You'll need to log in again with your new password on all devices.
