Keep your account information up to date to ensure you receive important notifications and can recover your account if needed.
- Log in to the client portal and click on your name in the top-right corner.
- Select My Details or Edit Account.
- Update the fields you wish to change:
- First Name and Last Name
- Company Name (optional)
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Billing Address
- Click Save Changes to update your profile.
Important: If you change your email address, you will need to verify the new email before it becomes active. A verification link will be sent to your new email address.
Keeping your contact information current ensures you receive renewal reminders, service notifications, and can verify your identity if you need account recovery assistance.
