The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It gives you a quick snapshot of your account status and recent activity.
Dashboard Sections
- Active Services — Shows the number of active hosting accounts, domains, and other services with their current status.
- Recent Invoices — Displays your latest invoices and their payment status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue).
- Support Tickets — Shows open and recently updated tickets so you can track responses.
- Quick Actions — Shortcuts to common tasks like ordering new services, making payments, or opening support tickets.
- Account Balance — Displays any outstanding balance or account credits available.
Tip: If you see a red badge on invoices, it means you have overdue payments that need attention. Click on the invoice to pay it immediately.
The dashboard updates in real-time, so any changes to your services or new invoices will appear immediately.
