If you wish to close your GigaGlobe account, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process.
- Log in to the client portal.
- Cancel all active services first — go to each service and request cancellation.
- Ensure all outstanding invoices are paid.
- Download any data you need — website files, databases, emails, and invoices.
- Transfer domains away if you wish to keep them with another registrar.
- Open a support ticket in the Billing department requesting account closure.
- Our team will confirm the closure after verifying all services are cancelled and balances are settled.
Warning: Account closure is permanent. All data, including website files, emails, and databases, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Make sure you have backups of everything you need before requesting closure.
