Control which email notifications you receive from GigaGlobe to keep your inbox organized.
- Log in to the client portal.
- Navigate to Account > Email Preferences or My Details > Notifications.
- Review the notification categories:
- Billing — Invoice generation, payment receipts, overdue reminders.
- Service — Provisioning confirmations, renewals, suspension notices.
- Support — Ticket replies, ticket closure notifications.
- Marketing — Promotions, new product announcements, newsletters.
- Toggle notifications on or off for each category.
- Click Save Preferences.
Important: We recommend keeping billing and service notifications enabled to stay informed about important account activity, payment due dates, and service changes.
Even with certain notifications disabled, critical security alerts (such as password changes or login from new devices) will always be sent.
