Browsing Articles
- Navigate to Support > Knowledge Base in the client portal.
- Browse categories like Getting Started, Web Hosting, Domain Names, and more.
- Click on a category to see all related articles.
- Click on an article title to read the full guide.
Searching the Knowledge Base
- Use the search bar at the top of the knowledge base page.
- Enter keywords related to your question (e.g., "email setup" or "DNS records").
- Review the search results and click the most relevant article.
Tip: If you find an article helpful, click the thumbs up button. This helps us improve the most useful content and prioritize new articles.
