Our support team is here to help. Follow these steps to open a new support ticket.
- Log in to the client portal.
- Navigate to Support > Open Ticket.
- Select the appropriate Department:
- Technical Support — For hosting, server, or website issues.
- Billing — For invoice, payment, or refund inquiries.
- Sales — For pre-sales questions or upgrade requests.
- Choose a Priority level (Low, Medium, or High).
- Enter a clear, descriptive Subject line.
- Describe your issue in detail in the Message field. Include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Any error messages you received
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Attach any relevant screenshots or files.
- Click Submit.
Tip: The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve your issue. Screenshots of error messages are especially helpful.
You'll receive an email confirmation with your ticket number. Our team typically responds within 1-4 hours during business hours.
