Setting Up Email Accounts

Create professional email addresses using your domain name (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) through DirectAdmin.

1. Log in to DirectAdmin.
2. Navigate to Email Manager > Email Accounts.
3. Click Create Account.
4. Enter the desired email address prefix (e.g., "info" for info@yourdomain.com).
5. Set a strong password.
6. Set the mailbox quota (storage limit).
7. Click Create.

Email Client Configuration

Use these settings to configure your email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, iPhone, etc.):

Incoming Server (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993 (SSL)
Incoming Server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 995 (SSL)
Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465 (SSL)
Username: your full email address
Password: the password you set

You can also access your email via webmail at https://yourdomain.com/webmail.
