Accessing Your DirectAdmin Control Panel
DirectAdmin is the web-based control panel provided with your hosting account. It allows you to manage your websites, email accounts, databases, and more from a single interface.
Default Login URL
You can access DirectAdmin using your server's IP address or hostname followed by port 2222:
https://your-server-ip:2222
https://your-hostname.example.com:2222Your exact login URL is included in the welcome email you received when your hosting account was provisioned.
Login Credentials
Enter the username and password provided in your welcome email. If this is your first time logging in:
- Open your web browser and navigate to your DirectAdmin URL.
- Enter your username in the Username field.
- Enter your password in the Password field.
- Click Login to access the control panel.
First Login Recommendations
- Change your default password immediately after your first login for security.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
- Bookmark the login URL for quick access in the future.
- Review your account resource limits under the Account Summary section.
If you cannot access the login page, ensure that port 2222 is not blocked by your local firewall or network. Try disabling any VPN connections and clearing your browser cache.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, use the Lost Password link on the login page. You will need access to the email address associated with your account. Alternatively, contact our support team to request a password reset.
